Can you make a pull-up bar longer than 120 cm?
No, the maximum available length is 120 cm. We do not manufacture longer pull-up bars, including custom orders.
Can you paint a pull-up bar or stall bar in a custom colour?
We do not offer custom paint finishes. Our pull-up bars and stall bars are available exclusively in their natural wood finish.
Are mounting screws included?
Yes, mounting screws are included with every product. They are intended for standard masonry walls or door frames in the case of doorway pull-up bars.

Do you offer discount codes?
We aim to offer fair and competitive prices all year round, which is why we don’t provide permanent discount codes. We only run special promotions on rare occasions.
What is the maximum weight capacity of your pull-up bars, stall bars and dip stations?
The recommended maximum user weight is 100 kg. Please remember that safety also depends on correct installation, the stability of the mounting surface and how the product is used.
Do wooden products need to be treated or sealed?
No. If your hangboard, pull-up bar or stall bar is used indoors, no additional wood treatment or protective finish is necessary.
We recommend cleaning the wood with a slightly damp cloth. We do not recommend painting, varnishing or oiling gripping surfaces, as these treatments can affect the wood’s natural friction and grip.
Can WhiteOak products be used outdoors?
No. Our products are designed for indoor use and are not weather-resistant. Prolonged exposure to moisture, rain and changing weather conditions may damage the wood.
How long does order processing and shipping take?

Please note that this refers to the time needed to prepare your order for dispatch. Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier.
