A versatile doorway stall bar designed for installation inside a door frame or between two walls, using the WhiteOak tension system without drilling. Adjustable solid beech rungs can be positioned at any height and locked securely in place, allowing you to change the configuration whenever needed. Fully compatible with WhiteOak stall bar accessories, including the Dip Station and Hangboard Base.

The basic set includes two side rails and two rungs. You can add the Dip & Pull-Up Station to your set by selecting the checkbox.

Doorway width

Please provide the exact width between the vertical sides of the door frame in millimetres. This will allow us to calculate the correct rung length and cut the rungs precisely to size. If you leave this field blank, we will send 100 cm rungs for you to cut to size yourself.

The WhiteOak Adjustable Doorway Stall Bar is designed for installation inside a door frame or between two walls. It provides a versatile alternative between a traditional tension-mounted pull-up bar and a full-size wall-mounted stall bar, offering greater training possibilities without requiring permanent installation.

The construction uses the proprietary WhiteOak tension mounting system, allowing stable installation without drilling. For users who want additional rigidity, the side rails can also be secured directly to the door frame using the pre-drilled mounting holes.

One of the key features of the system is its adjustable rungs. Each rung can be positioned at any height and secured using an integrated locking mechanism that prevents movement during exercise. You can choose the number of rungs according to your needs and change their position whenever you want.

The side rails are made from 34 mm birch plywood, while the rungs are made from solid beech wood. Their 30 × 40 mm oval profile provides a comfortable grip and prevents the rungs from rotating during use.

The stall bar is fully compatible with all WhiteOak stall bar accessories, including the Dip Station and Hangboard Base, allowing the system to expand together with your training setup.

Installation

The product is designed for installation inside a door frame or between two walls.

The WhiteOak tension system requires at least 100 mm of flat contact surface on both sides of the doorway. It is compatible with openings 195–210 cm high and up to 103 cm wide.
