The WhiteOak Swedish Ladder is a solid, precisely crafted wall-mounted ladder designed for both adults and children. Perfect for home gyms, physiotherapy studios, or kids’ rooms, it combines functionality, minimalist design, and premium materials — becoming both a training tool and an elegant interior element.

Made entirely of solid beech wood, it offers natural aesthetics, durability, and a pleasant, warm-to-touch surface. Thanks to its thoughtful design, there are no visible brackets or mounting elements, preserving a clean and harmonious appearance.

Applied joining of the beams allows assembly in two parts, which makes the ladder much easier to transport and install – it fits into a standard courier package, and when assembled, it forms an extremely stable, uniform whole.

The fastening screws have been carefully hidden under the stainless steel plugs, which give the whole thing a sleek, modern look.

Gently extended top bar provides comfort during hangs and pull-ups, while properly spaced rungs allow for strength, mobility and stretching exercises.

The set extended with a modular training station mounted on the upper rungs of the ladder.

Equipped with wide, extendable bar for pull-ups with a maximum length of 100 cm, allows an extra wide grip, as well as hammer grip pull-up handles.

The station also has handles for dips and push-ups, significantly expanding training options – from strength training to strengthening stabilization and deep muscles.
