WhiteOak adjustable pull-up bar is a functional and aesthetic solution for people who want to exercise at home without interfering with the door structure. Mounted with screws to the doorframe, it does not exert pressure like classic telescopic rods, making it safe and stable even with intensive use.

The fastening system allows the rod to be quickly set at one of the 5 height levels, which allows you to adjust it to your height or type of exercise – from classic pull-ups to children’s play.

With two sets, you can build a vertical structure with several rods. It’s a great base for calisthenic exercises: Australian pull-ups, bar push-ups, jumping jacks and stretching elements.
