The WhiteOak Pocket Hangboard is a practical, compact training tool that is perfect for use at home, on the climbing wall, and as warm-up equipment before rock climbing. Despite its small size, this device offers great functionality thanks to four holds that can be used in three different pitch configurations, depending on how the carabiner is clipped in.

In addition, the insert variant includes a 5mm thick insert, which allows the main holds to be reduced to 20mm for precise grip strength and power endurance training. This unique feature makes the WhiteOak Pocket suitable for use in conjunction with third-party measuring instruments, which is ideal for testing parameters such as grip strength or training progress. The insert also fits a 17mm shank, reducing it to 12mm.

The Pocket Hangboard can be easily hung from a bar, branch, or ring, and used with additional weights or resistance bands, allowing you to individualize your workout. The sturdy 4mm diameter rep with a strength of 4.5 kN (according to CE1015/EN564 certification) allows you to suspend weights so you can train with a precise load.
