WhiteOak Mini Beam; 50 cm

Description

WhiteOak Mini Beam is a compact balance beam made of solid beech wood. Its simple form, solid construction and natural material make it a versatile tool for balance, stability and footwork training.

Shaft diameter 50 mm provides a stable but challenging exercise surface. The bar has been tested to a load of 400 kg, so you can use it without worrying about the strength of the structure.

Mini Beam works well for both balance training and as a parallels with a thick handle. The thicker grip relieves stress on the wrists and provides stable support during exercises such as push-ups, planche and handstand.

Exercises on the bar engage the stabilizing muscles of the feet, ankles and hips.

Walking on the bar barefoot strengthens foot muscles and improves motion control.
