The WhiteOak Pocket Hangboard is a practical, compact training tool that is perfect for use at home, on the climbing wall, and as warm-up equipment before rock climbing. Despite its small size, this device offers great functionality thanks to four grips that can be used in three different pitch configurations, depending on how the carabiner is clipped in.
Key features:
- Versatility: Can be hung on a pole, branch or ring, useful both indoors and outdoors.
- Three slope configurations: The four grips can be adjusted to three different slope levels, depending on how the carabiner is clipped in.
- Reduction Insert: A 5mm thick insert can be included, which changes the depth of the main grip from 25mm to 20mm, ideal for precise grip force measurements.
- Weight Training: A sturdy 4mm diameter rep with a strength of 4.5 kN allows for the safe suspension of weights for training with additional weight.
